What do I need to bring to class?

Bring a yoga mat, water and whatever you need to be comfortable.  Yoga blocks, blankets, bolsters & straps will be provided.  Dress comfortably. Be sure to quiet your cell phone upon arrival.  Do not eat a heavy meal before any yoga class. Arrive 10-15 minutes early to settle into your space.

What is your cancellation policy?

I understand that life gets in the way sometimes and I truly value your time as much as my own. To ensure a fluid experience, below are a few guidelines for you to follow:
Please do not attend class if you are not feeling well.  
If you are running a few minutes late, text Amy at 609-334-9083 to allow for a smooth transition when you do arrive.
No call/no shows will be charged 100% of the payment. No credit or refund. 
If you are cancelling a paid reservation for a class, a series or a workshop on the same day, you are welcome to give your class to someone. If you cannot find a replacement, there is no credit or refund available.  
If cancelling a single class or workshop the day before an event you can give your session to someone else. If you cannot find a replacement you agree to forfeit 50% of the fee along with 3% for credit card transaction when applicable.  The credit can be applied to a group class, a private session with Amy or another workshop and must be redeemed within 30 days of the cancellation.
If you cancel 2 days or more prior to a class or a workshop, you can gift your class/workshop or receive a credit to be used within 30 days of your cancellation for a group class, a private session or another workshop.
If you have purchased a  series of classes and decide not to continue,  there is no refund, credit or make up after the first class.  If you choose not to attend after the first class, you can give your classes to someone and those classes are to be used for the class registered for and used within the designated  series dates. Do I register online?

Registering online and paying with Venmo are  great time savers.  If you do not pay online to reserve a space, be sure to text Amy at 609-334-9083 to check availability and arrive extra early to pay at the door.
